We have made further progress in mitigating this issue, and at this time only a small number of sites remain impacted. Sites that remain impacted by this issue may experience the following: - CMS items not loading as expected or appearing as missing inside the CMS Data Manager - Issues working on CMS pages and/or pages with Collection Lists in the Webflow Canvas - Hosted site pages failing to load with 5xx errors - Errors when publishing
As we continue working toward full resolution with the active and urgent support of our upstream provider, we have temporarily disabled backup creation and corresponding restore actions out of an abundance of caution for all customers. Existing backup versions already created remain stable and unaffected.
