The 3rd party provider has re-enabled cert issuance and we are now able to issue ssl certs again.

Investigating

SSL Certificate Issuance and Renewal is currently disrupted by a third party outage, Existing SSL Certificates are unaffected. Customers trying to access their Custom Domains for the first time will receive an SSL error if their certificate wasn't already generated.
